The single support rope wheel device is divided into two types, the first type is the rectangular hanger type (edge type), and the second type is the pipe hanger type.
The edge type single support roller hanger is used for fixing and large slope detachable suspension rope pulleys, made of Q235A steel plate and rectangular tube. It is matched with circular holes and waist shaped holes at the slope changing point to achieve stepless adjustment up and down. The straight section hanger is also equipped with about 2/3 stepless adjustable hangers, which is easy to install on site and meets the changing environmental requirements of the tunnel. The edge type hanger can fix single support rollers, double support rollers, and support rollers, This structure is often used for equipment with wide wire rope spacing.
The single support rope device of the suspension pipe hanger type mainly consists of a support rope wheel, a support wheel square tube, a circular pipe hanger, and a universal clamp. The universal clamp component can achieve stepless adjustment of the support rope device from top to bottom, left to right, and can be divided into two installation methods: the first is fixed connection with the crossbeam through a suspension plate, and the second is movable connection between the suspension pipe and the crossbeam from top to bottom, consisting of a support rope wheel, a circular pipe hanger, a connection clamp, and a universal clamp. The fixed supporting rollers, supporting pressure rollers, and double supporting rollers of the circular pipe hanger have strong adaptability to tunnels and are easy to install. Especially for equipment with a rope width less than 1200mm, when the rope width is greater than 1200mm, the stability will be reduced.
